How to add the template to your notion

Please note: Before proceeding, ensure you have registered for a Notion account. It’s free

  1. Navigate to the SU Campus Food Bank Website and locate the provided link for the Notion Template.
  2. At the upper right corner, select the “Duplicate” button to transfer the template to your Notion workspace.

  1. Should you be prompted to log in, please do so to continue.
  2. Upon successful login, a confirmation message will be displayed.

Meal Planner


The Meal Planner is a useful feature of this Notion template that can help you plan your meals ahead of time. Here's how to use it:

  1. Navigate to the Meal Planner section in the Notion template.
  2. You'll see a table with columns for each day of the week and rows for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
  3. To plan your meals, simply click on the cell corresponding to the meal and day you want to plan for, and select from one of the recipes to save or type in your planned meal.
    1. If you type in a new meal that is not in the recipes sections, this will create a tab so you can add the recipe later.
